Waters Competes in Nationals
SAN ANGELO, Texas – Mars Hill College sophomore Frankie Waters (Brevard, N.C.) capped off his season on Friday night with another huge personal best. Competing in the semi-final heats at the NCAA Division II National Championships, Waters flew to a time 14.41 seconds. This time placed him fifth in his heat and ninth overall.
