 MARS HILL, N.C. - The Mars Hill men's swimming team defeated Warren Wilson 198–39. The Mars Hill women's swim team defeated Lenoir-Rhyne 166–95 and Warren Wilson 208-45. The men's team improves to 4-0. The women's team improves to 4-1.
For the women, a total of seven different swimmers picked up victories. Rebekah Thomas (Stanley, N.C.) won the 200 medley relay, 50 backstroke, 100 backstroke and the 50 butterfly. Katy Sorrells (Canton, N.C.) won the 200 medley relay, 100 breaststroke, 100 butterfly and the 200 Individual Medley. Ashley Varga (Port Charlotte, Fla.) won the 200 medley relay, 50 freestyle and 200 freestyle relay. Nikki Holt (Kennesaw, Ga.) won the 200 medley relay and 200 freestyle relay. Megan Bartlett (Tallahassee, Fla.) won the 50 breaststroke. Lena Palo (Lexington, S.C.) won the 500 freestyle. Taylor Bugg (San Diego, Calif.) won the 200 freestyle relay.
 On the men's side, Carson Fackler (Bakersfield, Calif.) won the 200 medley relay, 100 butterfly, 100 backstroke and 200 freestyle relay. Ed Smith (Blairsville, Ga.) won the 200 medley relay, 50 freestyle, 500 freestyle and 200 freestyle relay. Sam Hartshorn (Asheville, N.C.) won the 200 medley relay, 50 butterfly and 200 freestyle relay. Mike Wilkes (Lake Placid, Fla.) won the 200 medley relay and 200 freestyle relay. PJ Maloney (Corning, N.Y.) took the 200 freestyle and 100 freestyle. Audley Elder (Waynesville, N.C.) won the 50 breaststroke and 100 breaststroke. Sam Mashburn (Cumming, Ga.) won the 50 backstroke. Robby Palmese (Martinez, Ga.) won the 200 Individual Medley.
