 TIGERVILLE, S.C. - Xavi Belles (Guayaquil, Ecuador) and Friddy Hoegener (Cologne, Germany) each scored a first half goal to lift the Mars Hill men's soccer team over North Greenville, 2-1, on Friday night. The Lions improve to 4-6-2. The Crusaders drop to 4-5-1.
Simon Marriott (Glasgow, Scotland) assisted Belles on his goal in the 33rd minute. Kenny Wallace (Glasgow, Scotland) assisted Hoegener on the second goal in the 38th minute.
Mars Hill will travel to Lenoir-Rhyne on Wednesday night. The game will begin at 7:30 p.m.
