PERRY, N.Y. - Danny Farmer has been selected as a NCAA Division II Honorable Mention All-America, as named by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA).

Farmer, a junior midfielder from Calgary, Alberta, Canada (Dr. E.P. Scarlett High School), was the 2009 Deep South Conference Player of the Year as well as a first team All-DSC attackman and made the 2009 DSC All-Tournament team.

Farmer led the DSC in goals per game (3.69) and points per game (4.85), was eighth in assists per game (1.15). In NCAA Division II, Farmer ranked eighth in points per game, fourth in goals per game and 45th in assists per game.

The Lions won the 2009 DSC regular season title and made it to the finals of the 2009 DSC Tournament.
